1. How do I register on www.kohinoorelectronics.com?
You can register at www.kohinoorelectronics.com by following any one of the following simple ways: -
- By clicking Register on Home page.
- Simply enter your "Email Address", create and confirm a "Password" to create your Kohinoor online account.
- After filling these mandatory fields, just click on "Proceed" to finish your Registration.
Register while you shop for first time on www.kohinoorelectronics.com
- While you confirm your order in Kohinoor shopping cart, click on "Checkout" to proceed to the Email Login page.
- On the Email Login page, enter your "Email Address" which you wish to keep for Kohinoor online account and click on "Proceed" to register.
- The password for your Kohinoor online account will be sent to you through email. To change your password, please see "My Account" after Login.
2. What If I forgot my account password, or wish to change it?
- If you forget your Kohinoor online account password, just follow these simple steps:
- Click Login on Home page
- Enter your email address in the Login box, click on "Forgot Password" tab. You would now be sent a dummy password
- Please use this dummy password at Login to visit your Account. Once logged in you can change your password from "My Account"

3. Can I change my account email id?
Unfortunately, the email id of your Kohinoor online account cannot be changed once you have registered with us using the same.
1. How do I shop for an item on kohinoorelectronics.com?
You can select the category of product that you wish to purchase. Once the category page is opened, you may select the product based on your requirement / interest. You can filter products based on Price, Brands, features, etc. Once you have selected the product of your choice you can add the product to your cart and proceed to check out, wherein you will be redirected to the order placement page. Here you can make payments and finalize the order. Once the order is placed you will receive a confirmation on your registered email id and mobile number.
2. Can I book multiple orders at once?
Yes, you can book multiple orders at once. You can follow the same process for all orders as mentioned above.
3. Why am I not able to get my products shipped to my location?
We are currently servicing only Mumbai, Thane/Kalyan, Navi Mumbai & Pune regions. You can check the delivery possibility to your location by entering your area pin code in the space provided on the product page.
4. How do I know my order is confirmed?
Once your order is booked in the system, you will get a confirmation email and SMS on your registered email id and mobile number respectively. You will also receive a confirmation call from our customer service team confirming your order.
5. Can I order multiple quantities of a product?
Yes, you can order multiple quantities of a product on the website.
6. How can I get a Gift Card option online?
You can go to the Gift Card tab in the footer of the page. Once the page is loaded you can enter the recipients and your details and the denomination for the gift card. Once you agree to the terms and conditions, you can proceed with generating the gift card.

Once the order is confirmed in our system, the product will be delivered to you within 3 working days.
2. How will be the delivery done?
The product will be delivered by Kohinoor Electronics logistics team. The product will be physically shipped and delivered to your doorstep.
3. Are there any shipping charges?
We offer Free Shipping on all our productsdelivered within Mumbai, Thane/Kalyan, Navi Mumbai & Pune.
4. Does kohinoorelectronics.com deliver Pan India?
No, currently kohinoorelectronics.com does not cater to Pan India locations. We are servicing Mumbai, Thane/Kalyan, Navi Mumbai & Pune locations only.
5. How can I track the shipping of my order?

6. What if my billing & shipping address are different?
You can have different addresses for billing and shipping, however the shipping address cannot be changed once the order is placed.
Order Cancellation & Returns
1. If I am not satisfied with the product, can I cancel or return my purchase?
Yes, you can cancel or return the product, only when the product is in delivery stage. Post-delivery of the product, you can cancel or replace the product in case of damage, manufacturing defect or mismatch in the product ordered and the product delivered. Change of mind is accepted as a valid reason for cancellation and return.

3. How will I be reimbursed for the products I have cancelled or returned?
All cancellation and refunds will be processed as per our cancellation policy. The reimbursement will be done within 7 working days in the form of bank transfer or cheque. The amount may reflect in your account within 2-3 days post transfer according to the bank’s processing timelines.

Installation / demo request will be raised by Kohinoor customer care team once the order is placed. You will receive a call/SMS from the brand along with a service request either on the estimated date of delivery or the next day. In case you do not receive this acknowledgment on this time, please reach out to us on our customer care number 022 - 6163 6464 or mail us on firstname.lastname@example.org . The brand engineer will visit you within 72 working hours of the delivery or within the mutually decided convenient time.

6. Whom should I contact in case my product is out of warranty and I want to get the issue resolved?

Kohinoor Customer Care team will forward the request to the concerned brand / manufacturer. The extension of warranty will on chargeable basis payable to the brand engineer directly during site visit.
7. Can I add my GST Number once the Invoice is generated?
No, GST number will not be added once the invoice is generated.
8. Can I change my billing name & address once the invoice is generated?
No, the change in billing name and address will not be possible once the invoice is generated.
9. What if I receive a defective or damaged product?
In such case please do not accept the delivery and return the product to the delivery executive and intimate us about the issue on our customer care no 022 – 6163 6464 or mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org . The replacement shall be processed within 72 working hours (Subject to stock availability). We strongly recommend that you do not open the package or try to install it on your own before the brand representatives arrive for installation. This will ensure that any defective / damaged items are identified by the brand representative.
10. Can I change my registered mobile no.?
No, it will not be possible to change the registered mobile number once the account is created.
