Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
No, the delivery address cannot be changed once an order is confirmed.
When can I expect the product to be delivered once the order is placed?
Your delivery shall be completed within 3 working days from the date of order placement.
Can I schedule the delivery time as per my convenience?
No, the delivery time cannot be committed from our side nor can it be changed as per your convenience.
My product was scheduled to be delivered today, however it has not yet reached me?
You can contact our customer care on 022 61636464 or mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org to know the status of the delivery. You can expect a delay in deliveries due to unforeseen circumstances (Like natural calamities, Vehicle break down etc.)
Can I get the delivery on the same day?
No, the delivery cannot be processed on the same day at any circumstances.
Can I cancel my order if my product is not delivered on the committed date of delivery?
Yes, you can cancel this order with minimum cancellation charges that will be applicable. However, in case your order is delayed, you can either contact the Kohinoor customer care directly on 022 61636464 or drop in your query to email@example.com to check the status of your order. It is advisable that you go through our delivery policies & timelines before order placement, to be well informed about the delivery process.
The product has been delivered to me. How do I ensure that the product delivered is in intact condition?
Please note that at the time of delivery the delivery executive will open the box and get it checked for any damage in your presence. Only if you are convinced that the product is in the intact condition you may accept the delivery. This is not applicable for brands such as Carrier, Hitachi & VU. In case of product from these brands the package must be opened by the brand technician only as per their policy.
The product delivered to me is defective/damaged. What are the further steps for a replacement?
In such case please do not accept the delivery and return the product to the delivery executive and intimate us about the issue on our customer care no 022 61636464 or mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org The replacement shall be processed within 5 working days (Subject to stock availability). We strongly recommend that you do not open the package or try to install it on your own before the brand representatives arrive for installation. This will ensure that any defective / damaged items are identified by the brand representative.
The product delivered to me has few accessories missing in the box, what are the further steps to be taken in such situations?

The delivery executive asked for the sales order copy prior to the delivery. How do I go about it?
Sales order copy is provided to you once the order is placed with us. It will be emailed to your registered email address. You may either print the same or show the soft copy on your phone at the time of delivery along with a valid Photo ID proof copy (Passport, Aadhar Card, Pan Card, Voter ID card)
I was unable to accept the delivery on the scheduled date due to unforeseen circumstances (Phone Switched Off, Phone Not Reachable, Not available in town etc…). Can the delivery be rescheduled?
